At Checkout 

After entering your shipping details you will have the options to choose from the following payment methods on the checkout page: Afterpay, ZipPay, Credit card, and Paypal.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex. Amex will incur a 1.5% surcharge.

Delivery & Tracking for Australian orders

All Australian deliveries are shipped with Australia Post and will include tracking.

 There are 4 delivery options that we provide:

• Standard Postage - Flat Rate $10.00 AUD (For purchases under $130 and over 300g)
  Orders will arrive within 3-10 business days from time of posting depending on your location.
• Express Postage - Flat Rate $15.00 AUD
  Orders will arrive within 1-5 business days from the time of posting depending on your location.

• Standard Postage (small items) - Flat Rate $3.50 AUD (For small items, such as hair clips, gloves etc under 300g)

• Free Shipping - For all orders totalling over $130 in value.

All International deliveries are shipped with Australia Post and will include tracking.

 We have 3 flat rates for international orders.

• New Zealand - Flat Rate $20
• Standard International Postage - Flat Rate $21.00 AUD, Orders will be processed within 48 hours for dispatch.
• Express International Postage - Flat Rate $36.00, Orders will be processed within 24 hours for dispatch.

Return Policy

We accept exchanges of goods within 14 days of purchases but there will be $10 flat rate fee for administration cost.

Simply repurchase the item you want to exchange and mail back the 'unwanted' item, once we receive the item we will refund the difference to your bank account, you must bare the cost of postage for returned item.

You can return your goods if there are defects or damage due to our handling free of cost within 7 days of purchase.
